Solo Automotive charges a reasonable hourly rate for all servicing and repairs so, your total bill is kept to a value-for-money minimum and our skilled staff ensure all jobs are carried out accurately and efficiently.

If the mechanic servicing your car notices a problem developing, you will be invited to see it for yourself and make an informed decision as to what should be done about it.

Courtesy cars
If you need to be mobile while your car is being serviced or repaired, ask for a courtesy car when you book the appointment.

Free collection & delivery
You can also ask for your car to be collected from your home or workplace and delivered back, free of charge.

MOT testing
Book an MOT test and you can sit and have a coffee in our comfortable waiting area while your car is checked. A large viewing window overlooks the testing bay so you can see exactly what is being done.

Valeting
All cars serviced at Solo Automotive will be washed and vacuumed as part of the service but you can also have your car expertly cleaned for that special occasion or routinely washed and vacuumed once a week. Ask at the service desk for details.

Car sales and commission sales
Solo Automotive will be selling good quality used cars and plans to sell new cars at very attractive prices in the near future.

Customer parking
Customer parking has been extended at the Braintree Road garage so you can be sure your car is safely off-road while it is being serviced or repaired.

In addition, ask for details of the new Holiday Safekeeping Service at Solo Automotive. Your car can be stored in a secure, weatherproof car park while you are away and returned to you, freshly washed and vacuumed on the date you specify. If it is due for a service, book that at the same time and it can be done while you are enjoying your holiday.
